If you’re not familiar with Larry Correia, author of the New York Times bestselling Monster Hunter and Grimnoir Chronicles books, shame on you. Go read my article “Larry Correia, Monster Hunter” over in the Free Articles section, then go out and buy as many of his books as you can. In addition to being a writer so good he makes my gums bleed with envy, Larry is also a serious competition shooter, and in one of his blog posts on writing, speaking almost as an aside about shooting, he threw out this casual gem:
“It is the bullet’s destiny to hit the target, the shooter is the only thing stopping it from doing so.”
Think about that for awhile.
